DSW700

The DSW700 is a high performance photogrammetric film scanner for both cut film and roll film. It uses state-of-the-art technology to produce output that is both geometrically and radiometrically accurate while maximizing performance, increasing reliability and reducing costs.

This scanner is especially appealing to photogrammetric power users who need the very highest throughput, including both unattended scanning of roll film and easy change of pixel size from one job to the next.

Features:

  • Fast, precise XY stage generates top quality image without resampling
  • Scan black and white and color aerial photographs 25-50% faster than previous models (e.g. 12.5 µm B&W in 1.5 minutes, 12.5 µm RGB in 3.5 minutes)
  • Optional film transport for rolls up to 500 feet (152m) long; autonomous operation allows operator freedom for other tasks
  • Pixel size physically changeable in range 4.5-22 µm without resampling – a secondary lens is available for pixel sizes from 3-4.5 µm.
  • High intensity three-color LED light source enables very dense media to be scanned quickly and with good results
  • High geometric precision of stage and sensor
  • High slew speeds, fast host computer, refined mechanics and sophisticated software facilitate rapid scanning
  • Superb radiometric performance:
12 bit output, full fill factor CCD cells, over 3.0 OD with exposure time control
  • New optical technology virtually eliminates Newton rings
  • Backlight to inspect imagery and read exposure numbers
  • Popular image formats compatible with popular image processing, digital photogrammetry, desktop publishing, CAD and GIS packages, including JPEG2000

ADS40

  • Three sensors in one — black and white, color and false color
  • Wide area coverage for cost savings
  • Perfect RGB co-registration through special trichroid beam splitter and filter
  • High quality DTMs from three-line stereo sensor data
  • Reduced ground control requirements
  • End-to-end digital flow — no film processing or scanning
  • Touch screen operator interface
  • Smooth data flow to SOCET SET® or other software
  • Complements LIDAR, even at flying heights above 2000m
  • Seamless strip imagery along each flight line

Expert Design
The basis of the design of the ADS40 is the three-line-scanner principle, whereby linear arrays on the focal plane capture imagery looking forwards, downwards and backwards from the aircraft. The entire ground surface is imaged three times, far superior to the 50% triple coverage in typical film aerial photography.

Simultaneous Capture of All Spectral Data
The ADS40 simultaneously captures data from three panchromatic and four multispectral bands — avoiding the need to make a difficult choice between panchromatic, color and false color film.

Perfect RGB Co-Registration
In the ADS40, the red, green and blue arrays are physically separate on the focal plane, but each receives information from exactly the same portion of the earth's surface, so there can be no registration problems in the visible spectrum regardless of the mode of processing adopted.

SOCET SET

SOCET SETSOCET SET software enables mapmakers and photogrammetrists with tools to geo-position images with an unparalleled degree of accuracy. It is a versatile softcopy digital workstation, which provides user-friendly image exploitation tools for both military and commercial applications.

SOCET SET products can be applied to many different tasks that require precise geo-location, photo-specific imagery, and realistic simulation. Our applications are currently being used for image analysis, digital database generation, and visualization worldwide in Government, military, and commercial organizations.

Specific applications include generation of 3D terrain and feature databases, mapping, intelligence support/briefings, communications planning, inter visibility, imagery-based simulation, mission preview/rehearsal, tactics analysis, and training.

SOCET SET 3D databases can be exported in standard formats such as OpenFlight and OpenInventor, and proprietary formats used by visualization systems such as TopScene, PowerScene, Integrator, Harmony, and ERDAS Imagine. SOCET SET supports many GIS applications and is compatible with ESRI’s Arc Products (ARC SDE), Laser Scan’s LAMPS2, and PCI GEOMATIC’s APEX Products.

VrTwo

VrTwo adds stereo viewing to the highly successful VrOne editing and data capture package. VrTwo is comfortable to the eyes and also comfortable to the pocket. Running on standard PCs, total hardware costs are kept to a minimum.

RC30

For decades, the Leica RC series of Aerial Camera Systems has been the number one choice for customers all over the world. These cameras are renowned for their quality and long-term reliability.

The latest model, the RC30, offers two interchangeable lenses, negligible distortion and reach lens/film resolutions well over 100 lp/mm. Apertures up to f/4 and shutter speeds from 1/100 to 1/1000 second maximize applicability. Forward motion compensation produces crystal clear photos at low light levels and altitudes. Additional film cassettes are inexpensive, so prolonged missions are feasible. Other big advantages include the PEM-F automatic exposure control and the flexible data annotation on each photograph. Navigation sights, viewfinders and a wide range of filters complete this solution.

The RC30 can be combined with the PAV30 Gyro-stabilized Camera Mount and the Aerial Survey Control Tool (ASCOT) for a complete aerial survey system.

  • High quality lenses offer the highest resolution
  • Outstanding long-term stability
  • Forward motion compensation (FMC)
  • Gyro-stabilized mount available (PAV30)
  • Automatic exposure meter
  • Communication with ASCOT and other systems
  • Data annotation on each photograph
  • Modular design, micro-processor controlled

AutoCAD

AutoCAD® software is a worldwide standard in computer-aided design (CAD). More people use AutoCAD than any other CAD software. With AutoCAD® 2005 you can efficiently create single drawings and deliver a coordinated set of drawings in a timely manner. New tools like the table object and tool palettes boost productivity, and the new Sheet Set Manager helps you control content across entire sets of related drawings, reducing the risk for errors. You can compose and collate sheet sets and share them with your project team using plots, eTransmit, or DWF™ files.
